A LAKESIDE CABIN WITH A VIEW TO DIE FOR

Full-service design firm Oldson Kundig reimagined cabin living and elevated its perception to bring lakeshore property to the next level. Chicken Point Cabin is the exquisite result of a residential brief simplistically consisting of: make the house as open to the water as possible.

Not only did they bring the Idahoan heat integrating a large pivoting picture-window to unleash the landscape, the rest of the cabin ain't too shabby either. Its concrete-block shell features a suspended plywood master suite loft while the additional bedrooms and service spaces are supported by unimpeded views.

Hell, if this is what cabin living looks like now, we don't know what we're doing wrong.
